QQQ Maintenance Services was established in 2019 by Quintin Vollenbroek that has built up years of experience in the earth moving and engineering industry with his father Hans Petrus Vollenbroek and decided to start a company that will provide the industry with the up most important part of all engineering aspects

Data books

Provides the NDT customer with the reference data needed to carry out on-site work properly. The data are provided in tables & charts

• Weld procedures specifications

- We write welding procedure specifications (WPS) document providing direction to the welder (or welding operator).

• Inspection and damage reports

Inspection reports refers to an array of inspection methods that allow inspectors to evaluate and collect data about a material, system, or component without permanently altering it. Damage reports allows for the detection of corrosion, misalignment, damage, cracks, and more.

Our Portfolio

Our aim is to help our customers with the necessary requirements for example nondestructive testing on site, designing of ISO documentation like data books, inspection reports and registers. We mainly work accordantly to a basic AWS d1.1 standard that is worldwide recognized. We focus on what our customers need to improve the quality of their products to prevent any warranty claims and unnecessary breakdowns.In the past few years we have built up a very good data base to help our customers.

We provide nondestructive testing (NDT) mainly ultrasonic testing (UT) and magnetic particle inspection (MPI) and ultrasonic thickness testing we draw up a pattern on the component and plot all bad areas. Our other service is to assist our customers with documentation that is required by their customers like the following
